Oral Expression

• Content: Role-playing, role-plays and exercises adapted to the learner’s professional
  needs defined during the audit.
• Training-type exercises are used to improve the learner’s listening skills.
• Examples :
  • Day-to-day professional communication / Participating in, intervening in or organizing meetings / Convincing in a meeting / Leading a meeting.
  • Convincing in a meeting / Conducting a negotiation / Writing reports in German / Retro planning
  • Retro planning / Leading teams / Writing specifications / Analyzing surveys and debriefing / Teamwork
    debriefing / Project teamwork / Group sociology

Reading and comprehension

• Content: Based on a selection of professional or general texts, depending on the learner’s level and
  learner’s level and expectations, the aim is to work on vocabulary and the contextualization of its use.
• Understand rapid and complex speech in German (face-to-face or on the phone);
• Accurately capture useful information from your customers;
• Follow a meeting involving several participants and understand different accents.
• Grammar: Review grammatical rules

Written expression

• Learn to write e-mails and other professional correspondence.
• Master report writing and market research.

Test of knowledge

Content: Correction of « homework » exercises and review of points covered to reinforce
reinforcement. Presentation of lesson objectives.
